  1. Min Purchase: disinfection or cleaning of system 3 air-con units.
  2. Redemption Period: From April 2017 till November 2017. Operation Hours: Mon-Fri (10am – 5:30pm), Sat (10am – 1pm). Exclude Eve & Public Holidays.
  3. Voucher usage is applicable to both Dream Sparkle Pte Ltd & Pognae Singapore
  4. This voucher is valid only upon agreement and confirmation of utilization via email to : [email protected] or SMS/WhatsApp to 8498 6871 3 days in advance with the followings
    – name & mobile number
    – air-con servicing date & time
  5. Cancellations or postponement must be made 2 days before appointment via email to [email protected] or SMS/WhatsApp to 8498 6871
  6. Per voucher are valid for a single DREAM SPARKLE air-con servicing, subject to availability and terms & conditions.
  7. DREAM SPARKLE will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between the retailer and the customer in relation with the use of the voucher.
  8. Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer.
  9. DREAM SPARKLE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  10. In case of any dispute, DREAM SPARKLE reserves the right of final decision.
  11. Voucher will be subject to verification at time of presentation and to be redeem on the spot during air-con servicing appointment. DREAM SPARKLE reserves the right not to accept any voucher that had been redeemed.
  12. This voucher is not in conjunction with other promotion(s)/offer(s) & cannot be combined for redemption.
  13. This voucher is strictly not for resale.
  14. This voucher redemption is subject to Dream Sparkle’s availability and terms & conditions.
  15. This voucher entitles the bearer to redeem the product specified herein, and is not exchangeable for cash or another other E-ticket/voucher/promotion(s)/offer(s).
